Paul has tremendous breadth of experience at Board Level as Chairman and Non-executive director in a variety of Grocery industry companies. His senior management career spans Mars, M&S, Golden Wonder, Finsbury Foods, Quorn, and Burtons Biscuits.

Paul is also very active with Private Equity opportunities within the grocery industry. He maintains an extensive and close contact base at the very top of UK Retail.



Phil has enjoyed extensive Board level experience as Managing Director, Trading Director and Sales Director across a range of food and non-food business, including Mars, Bulmers, Golden Wonder, Chemtek and Henkel. His UK retail and wholesale contact network is extensive across all levels.

Phil has also been involved in corporate, MBO, MBI and Owner managed business sales and purchases and adds real value to clients considering one or more of these options.

Jo is a food retail expert with 16 years experience across Buying, Product Development, Strategic Marketing planning as well as National Account Management at companies including Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s and a Bakery manufacturer.

Experienced in managing food categories worth over £400m in sales turnover, Jo has developed numerous category plans, award winning private label products and has led marketing strategies and research plans aimed at delivering profitable growth.
